Child Safety Policy

Klik has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping minors safe and to the absolute prohibition of exploitative content involving children.

Age Requirement

Klik is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By creating an account, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old. We actively enforce this requirement through our registration process and content moderation. Any account discovered to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently removed immediately, without exception.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content

Klik strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or communication that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor.
  • Grooming — communicating with a minor in any way intended to lower their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • Solicitation of minors — any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conversation, solicit sexual material, or arrange in-person contact for sexual purposes.
  • Trafficking or exploitation — facilitating, promoting, or participating in the trafficking or sexual exploitation of any child.
  • Sexualized depictions of minors — any fictional, drawn, AI-generated, or otherwise non-photographic content that sexualizes or degrades a minor.

Enforcement

Any account found to have violated this policy will be subject to:

  • Immediate and permanent account ban — no warnings will be issued for CSAE violations. Accounts are removed immediately upon confirmation.
  • Content removal — all offending content is removed from our platform at once.
  • Reporting to authorities — we report confirmed or suspected CSAE to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and to relevant local law enforcement authorities without delay.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Klik cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in any investigation involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. We retain logs and records as required by applicable law and provide them promptly upon receipt of a valid legal request. We do not tip off or warn subjects of such investigations.

How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior on Klik that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

  • In-app report: Tap the flag or three-dot menu on the user's profile or chat and select "Report." Choose the most relevant reason and provide any additional details.
  • Email: Send a report directly to support@klikdate.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots if available.
  • NCMEC CyberTipline: You may also report directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at missingkids.org/cybertipline.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. We review every CSAE report as an urgent priority and act immediately.

Our Commitment

Klik is committed to maintaining a platform that is safe for all users and the broader community. We continuously work to improve our systems for detecting and preventing child exploitation, including proactive content scanning and ongoing team training. The safety of children is non-negotiable and will always be a top priority.
